How long is set-up and styling?

Please allow approximately 2 hours (depending upon theme and number of tents) to set-up the sleepover teepee area. Collection is faster.

What mattresses do you use?

We usually use foam mattresses in the packages including set-up and styling. They are 160cm long but longer standard size mattreses are available on request. The DIY package includes air mattresses. We always use mattress protectors with our mattresses.

How much space do I need for each tent/teepee?

When measuring your teepee party space, please allow 1m wide x 1.85m long for each tent/foam mattress/tray table combination. It is also important to have a clear pathway for guests. For guests using our diy sleepover tent packages or air mattresses, please allow 1m wide and 2m long for each tent/air mattress/tray table combination. Tents can be placed close together, side by side, in one row, two rows or in a semi-circle. Tents are free standing.

Is your bedding washed?

Yes! We ensure all bedding have been thoroughly cleaned ready for your event.

Are pillows included?

No, for hygiene reasons we do not hire pillows or pillow cases. This is the only item your guests will need to bring.

Do you need a power source?

All of our lights are battery operated and we supply the batteries.

How do I book?

Please call or email Enchanted Sleepovers to confirm availability of your chosen theme. Once availability is confirmed, email stating your name, event date, time, theme, number of tents and any additional extras. No deposit is required. It's that easy!

When is payment due?

Full payment for the event is due seven (7) days prior to your event. BSB details will be contained in the invoice.

Is there a bond?

Yes. There is a $100 bond which will be included on your invoice. Theis is refunded once the items have been checked and collected. Unfortunately, the cost of replacement of any lost, broken or damaged items may be deducted from the bond.

When do you deliver and pick up?

We will organise a time that is convenient with you. Collection is usually the day the event concludes. We will contact you a few days prior to the event to confirm the exact times.

What do I need to do during delivery, set-up and collection?

Please clear the space you would like the tents set up. When we arrive, we will discuss how you would like the tents arranged. We will then set-up all tents/bedding and decorative items. We will show you how to turn lights on/off. When it is time for pick-up, please return all hire items to the tent area and then leave the rest to us! We will fold up and pack away all items. You don’t need to do anything.

Are there any Terms and Conditions?

Yes. You can request these at any time. They will be emailed with your invoice. Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions/Hire Agreement in full prior to paying your invoice. Payment will be considered acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
